Due to the confined space of my condo, the delivery was difficult but Mario never complained. He wouldn't leave until the spa was fully operative and I understand how to maintain it. As to maintenance, he offered state- of -the -arts technology, which I don't have up north. His price was below the listed price for this quality model at other retailers.
