I cannot rave about the service that Mario of Hot Tub Sales provided. As I live approximately 110 miles from the store, Mario diagnosed my problem via FaceTime, ordered parts I needed, ordered them directly from Marquis and had them sent to my house. This was certainly beyond the “call of duty”. Highly recommend.

My wife and I purchased a Celebrity Rendezvous tub from Mario at Hot Tub Sales about a year ago. Mario gave great guidance as far as which model to buy and we have been so happy with the tub. Unfortunately the control panel screen went out. I called Mario and it was under warranty. He came to my house and replaced it himself- FOR FREE!! The tub was more expensive than others because it’s of really good quality but you get what you pay for. Mario’s service is second to none. Thanks Mario!!

Excellent overall experience! Mario and his wife are fantastic. Great price on a large 110v hot tub. Delivery was a breeze and Mario himself walked us through the entire process of treatment and chemicals. He answers any texts you may have and is very patient and knowledgeable. The level of knowledge they possess is amazing!!! It is why I recently bought my first ever hot tub from Mario at Hot Tub Sales. He gave me a thorough education on what I should look at. He walked me through what would be involved in owning and maintaining my tub. He encouraged me to shop around (using the new knowledge that he gave me). After doing all my research I knew that he was the only person I would buy from. We worked out a fair price, delivery was perfect and Mario was involved with the initial startup and helped handle all of the chemical balancing. I love my new Cal Spa and can't recommend Hot Tub Sales enough! Just go see Mario! You won't regret it.

I've had my hot tub for a few weeks now and LOVE it. Lori was great. I visited the sales room twice to be sure they answered all my questions and they did. Set up was quick and as promised. I have had a hot tub for years at my winter residence. Now that I am in Florida for the winter, I wanted one that would fit on a patio porch. I went to Hot Tub Sales and was greeted by Mario. He was very informed and clear in discussing the options for me. When I made a selection, he delivered it the next day - on a saturday. Due to the confined space of my condo, the delivery was difficult but Mario never complained. He wouldn't leave until the spa was fully operative and I understand how to maintain it. As to maintenance, he offered state- of -the -arts technology, which I don't have up north. His price was below the listed price for this quality model at other retailers. So, great price, great info and great service.
